  Tee-Off Time Confirmation Notice

  • Availability Disclaimer: Please note that an available tee-off slot shown on the system does not guarantee that the slot remains open for booking until the reservation is finalized.

  • Automatic Adjustment Policy: In the event that your requested tee-off time is fully booked, our system may automatically secure the closest available alternative slot (within 1 hour before or after your original choice).

  • Advance Notification for Fixed Schedules: If you strictly prefer no changes to your selected playing time, please contact our support team via Live Chat immediately after making your payment to notify us in advance.

  Notice Regarding Tee-Off Time Adjustments at the Course

  • Operational Flexibility: Please be advised that at golf courses in Vietnam, even after a booking has been confirmed, tee-off times are subject to change prior to your play date or on the actual day of play. These adjustments are determined solely by the golf course’s operational requirements or real-time track conditions.

  • Finality of Course Regulations: In such events, these operational changes are non-disputable and outside of NiceGolf’s control. Golfers are required to comply with the adjusted tee-off schedule in accordance with the golf course’s official regulations.

  Mandatory 30-Minute Advance Check-In

  • Strict Arrival Policy: Golfers are strictly required to complete their check-in process at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled tee-off time.

  • Late Arrival Penalty: Failure to check in 30 minutes in advance may result in extended waiting times, postponement of your round, or the golf course denying access to the course altogether.

  Dress Code Policy

  • Entry is not permitted if wearing: crew-neck T-shirts, football jerseys, board shorts, any type of jeans, or excessively short shorts.

  • Some golf courses do not allow China collar (mandarin collar) shirts, even if they are golf apparel purchased in South Korea; therefore, standard polo shirts (fold-over collars) should be worn to avoid being denied entry.

  • Knee-length shorts are accepted.

  Bad Weather Policy

  • In case of rain, unless the golf course actively contacts and notifies you of a cancellation in advance, you are still strictly required to arrive at the course.

  • If the golf course does not issue a closure decision beforehand, cancellations or refunds are not permitted despite heavy rain or strong winds, and you must continue your round according to the regulations.

  • If you wish to cancel, you can only negotiate directly with the course management on-site; if approved, you will only be issued a “rain check” (voucher) valid from 1 day up to a maximum of 3 months, with no cash refunds.

  • When the golf course reception states, “please contact your travel agency to cancel,” this only means that the booking can be canceled, but no refund will be provided.

  • If the golf course mentions a refund, please immediately call our emergency hotline at +84 328 390 018 (Vietnam number) on the spot and hand the phone to the counter staff for instant confirmation. If not confirmed in time, it can easily be dismissed as a communication misunderstanding, and no refund will be issued.

  • If the golf course decides to close due to rain and you hole-out after completing 1–9 holes, the course will typically charge for 9 holes and refund the remainder. The 9-hole rate is usually around 70% of the 18-hole fee.

  Other Regulations

  1. Regulations on Number of Players
  • Bookings for 1–3 players can still be accepted and confirmed.
  • Since golf courses operate based on groups of 4 players per flight, single play is not permitted; the golf course will automatically pair you with others (join play).
  • If there are no other bookings at that specific time, pairing may not occur.
  • In Vietnam, 5-player flights (5-sum) are strictly prohibited.
  • In the case of 5 players, the golf course will automatically arrange them into 2 flights (3/2 or 4/1 splits) on the day of play.

  2. Notice Regarding Golf Carts on Fairway
  • Golf carts are not allowed to enter the fairway areas.

  3. Teeing off after 14:00 and Incomplete 18-Hole Round
  • If teeing off after 14:00 when the course is uncrowded and the pace of play is fast, completing 18 holes is possible; however, if these conditions are not met, you will not finish all 18 holes.
  • No refunds will be issued even if you do not complete the full 18 holes.
  • Even when teeing off before 14:00, there is still a possibility of not finishing the round if the overall pace of play on the course that day is slow.

  Other Important Notes

  • Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the golf course area. Being caught with these items may result in unnecessary inconvenience, so please refrain from bringing them.
  • Please safeguard your personal valuables and exercise caution to avoid any safety accidents caused by negligence during your time using the services.
  • In the event of property loss or safety accidents resulting from personal negligence, the guest shall bear full responsibility; please take special note of this regulation.
